Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Manage social media platforms, website updates, and online advertising to strengthen the nursing home's visibility.
Conduct outreach and build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and community organizations.
Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and talks to promote the nursing home's services.
Handle inquiries from potential residents or families and provide tours of the facility.
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and digital content.
Monitor competitors' marketing activities and provide market insights.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Support public relations and branding initiatives to maintain a positive company image.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistent communication and service quality for prospective residents.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, senior care, or hospitality industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in social media marketing and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or Tamil is an advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel for marketing activities.
