1. To oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy to support the company\'s overall strategies and objectives. 2. Design and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across channels (digital and etc) 3. Stronghold in integrating various marketing disciplines including but not limited to retail, branding, sales, communications, Digital Marketing, E-commerce; PR, media, creative and consumer experience. 4. Skilled in data analysis, and consumer and market insights to determine the best results-oriented approach. 5. Knowledge of Facebook Ads / Youtube Ads / Instagram Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Ads. 6. Planning and executing digital marketing strategies to achieve the growth plan of the company. 7. Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies 8. Works closely with internal and outsourced marketing to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels & sales. 9. Assist approval (COO) and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects 10. Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition 11. Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service 12. Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives 13. Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback 14. Carry out the tasks assigned from time to time.
