• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related fied.
• Able to speak, write, and read in English proficiently. Mandarin language is a bonus.
• Problem Solving Skills, independently Effective time management and decisive on action.
• Humble, always ready to listen and learn from others
• Good interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all levels
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to learn online creative applications such as Canva, Figma, Capcut etc.
• Required to travel between outlets

Tanggungjawab

• Strategize, plan and execute campaigns across search engine and social media platforms
• Manage, create content, idea generations and marketing social media planning for regularly scheduled posts
• Responsible for tracking, executing, managing (Google, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok)
• Manage and be responsible for key performance metrics & marketing ROI
• Create creative content writing in at least two languages
• Liaise with graphic designer for campaign graphics / videos / animations.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in our industry and make recommendations to the management team
• Coordinating promotional activities, campaigns and event
• Responsible for product shooting and editing (photo & video)
• Compile and summarize the event reports and presentations
• Complete any other task related to Marketing instruction by other cross functional department\xe2\x80\x8b
