Liaison with local authorities (RSKU/DBKL/KPKT/LPHS) including RSKU purchasers submission, licensing, bumi release
Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, project identity, concepts and budgeting
Conceptualize & development of print & digital materials
Oversee, manage and maintain project\'s digital channels - company websites, project websites, property portals, social media and apps
Organize sales events, product launches and roadshows (monthly)
Liaison with external parties such as vendors and ad agencies
Media management & liaison with PR agencies
Maintenance of show units, sales galleries, including cleanliness, utilities, upkeep (sales galleries are located at OUG, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Klang, JGCC, Renai, Sapphire, Paradigm JB, One Medini)
Content writing for projects
Provide support to Pavilion MK (1Pav)
Requirement:
Degree in Mass Comm/Marketing/Business/Property/PR
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar scope
good people management, strong communication and leadership skills/qualities
high proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu languages
Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
Having skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing will be an advantage
