Work closely with the sales department to help grow sales and margin profitably.
Pro-actively work on new business opportunities, through multiple channels as well as developing a comprehensive marketing strategy across social media platforms and mail shots.
Maintain high-level relationships with all customers and provide excellent service levels in all aspects of the role.
Actively manage customer accounts, supporting and engaging with clients as well as promoting new business opportunities.
Research and understand market dynamics, to help promote the services of the business as well as supporting marketing activity and campaigns.
