Job Description

: Overall responsible for planning, and executing the company\xe2\x80\x99s branding and marketing activities, to ensure the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand (including the product series) is well positioned with a high degree of mindshare at the target market segment, via both traditional and contemporary social media channels, in support of the company\xe2\x80\x99s business development effort. Detailed activities include: \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain close communications with Brand Principals to work out strategies for Malaysian market to help ensure the company to set and meet the agreed sales target, in doing so, devise and conduct advertisement and promotion campaigns for brand awareness, as well as obtaining up-to-date marketing materials and product training for team. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the regional business and competitive landscape, industry trends, as well as actively convene market analysis to support Account Managers in decision making. \xe2\x97\x8f Work with Account Managers and Client Engagement Specialists in devising and conducting marketing campaign in support market development. \xe2\x97\x8f Assist Head of Business Development to develop and maintain up-to-date company profile, marketing theme and materials, including product brand series and comparison papers. Job Requirement Position Requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Experience and Education: minimum 3 years working experience with respective stints in marketing in similar industry, with at least a diploma (or equivalent) in any general business majors. \xe2\x97\x8f Personality: sense of ownership and responsibility, being proactive, details-oriented, logical thinking and effective planning, being a team player, also being firm and persuasive, and being honest. Good telephony and email writing skills, as well as good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including public speaking. \xe2\x97\x8f Language: proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written); Mandarin and Cantonese (basic oral) would be an added advantage. \xe2\x97\x8f Travelling: willing to make short stints (up to 1 week) of trips. \xe2\x97\x8f IT Literacy: familiar with Microsoft office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and good to know SAP Business One.
