Key Responsibilities1. Integrated Marketing for Sales & Service
Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns supporting both new car sales and aftersales promotions.
Develop seasonal campaigns to drive showroom visitors, service retention, and package uptake.
Ensure all marketing activities follow Perodua HQ guidelines.
2. Social Media & Digital Management
Manage the outlet's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Produce content related to new car launches, customer deliveries, service promotions, and technical tips.
Monitor inbox messages, respond to inquiries, and convert leads to walk-ins.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion Support
Generate sales and service leads through digital campaigns, WhatsApp blasts, and community pages.
Support Sales Advisors by passing qualified leads and tracking conversions.
Support Service Advisors by promoting packages, extended warranty, and accessories.
4. Customer Engagement & Events
Organize showroom events, soft launches, festive activities, and customer days.
Coordinate service-related campaigns (free checks, service clinics, safety campaigns).
Build relationships with local businesses, clubs, and government agencies for marketing collaboration.
5. Branding & Collateral Management
Create posters, videos, bunting, and digital artwork for both Sales & Service.
Maintain showroom visual branding, POP materials, and campaign displays.
Assist in coordinating roadshows, banners, and booth setups.
6. Market Research & Competitor Tracking
Monitor competitor promotions (Proton, Toyota, Honda, etc.).
Track service trends such as peak hours, most popular packages, and retention patterns.
Provide insights to management for strategic decisions.
7. Reporting & Data Management
Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, lead count, social media growth, and ROI.
Maintain customer contact lists and segmentation for targeted marketing.
Track the effectiveness of Sales & Service promotions.
8. Internal Coordination
Work closely with Sales Manager, Service Manager, Parts Officer, and Admin.
Ensure all departments understand the current promotions and campaign mechanics.
Coordinate with HQ when required for branding approvals.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or equivalent.
Experience in automotive marketing is an advantage but not required.
Able to design basic materials using Canva/Photoshop.
Comfortable with social media and basic video editing.
Soft Skills
Creative mindset with strong initiative.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks across two departments.
High ownership and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions
Standard retail/dealership working hours.
Weekend/after-hours support for events when needed.
On-ground presence required during campaigns and roadshows.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
