Develop and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and more to build and engage our online community. Assist in KOL management and sourcing for new KOLs as per brand\'s guideline Run scheduled ads, conduct audience segmentation and optimize conversion rate for all campaigns. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and propose strategies as needed to optimize results. Work with agency to strategize and optimize Google Ads campaign to meet campaign goals Work closely with the marketing team to prepare and execute daily marketing operations, ensure alignment and accuracy of all marketing collaterals/ reports. Work alongside with Marketing Manager to plan, execute and report campaigns/ partnerships progress. To assist team in executing marketing programs, launches, on ground activities (roadshow, in house events and etc) and Public Relations events. Follow up with marketing ad-hoc duties and develop any marketing-related presentations and proposals. Any other duties as required by management. Bachelor\'s Degree/Higher Diploma in Communications, Marketing, PR or related disciplines Knowledgeable and experience in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads Manager, various social media platforms, digital tools and website analytics. Proven working experience on any Marketing-related role in an agency will be an added advantage. Takes initiative to solve problems and ability to multitask in a demanding environment Highly organized with excellent time management and scheduling skills Meticulous attention to detail Strong sensitivity of current and upcoming MY trends to generate engaging localized content. Has excellent verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa.
