• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Avid social media user: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc.
• Skills in Email Marketing/Facebook Ads Manager/Google Ads SEO will be an advantage.
• Creative, can-do attitude & energetic.
• Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe software.

Tanggungjawab

• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences.
• Develop engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, advertisements, and social media.
• Implement digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Maintain and enhance the organization\'s brand by ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets and stakeholders to enhance the organization\'s public image.
• Organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Foster engagement with the target audience through various channels, responding to inquiries and feedback.
• Identify and segment target markets based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant criteria.
