SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE POP is a local bodycare brand founded in 2021 focusing on prenatal and postpartum. We are looking for a flexible sales & marketing executive thats motivated to take the brand to further heights. The sales & marketing executive is responsible for looking into the marketing strategies for the organisation to plan and execute marketing campaigns, and maintain and supply content for the organisation\'s website and social media to optimise and achieve sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES Strengthen POP\'s brand identity Develop, create and manage strategic marketing plan/calendar and campaigns Create and optimise content for the website and social networking channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest. Execute social media efforts to improve engagement, likes, shares, tweets, etc.. Regularly manage and update website banner in line with campaign plans. Promote company\'s products via collaboration, online and offline. Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns. Utilise internal reports, trends and competitor research to understand how customers are engaging with the site in order to constantly improve performance, effectiveness and efficiency of online merchandising to increase sales and profit Plan, manage and execute campaign shoots when required. Managing KOL and PR giftings to increase brand awareness Work closely with third party agencies to optimise sales. Participate to do offline sales - pop ups, bazaars Assist in the day-to-day administration and tasks for the team and support delivery of adhoc projects and general administrative duties as REQUIREMENTS Experience of brand marketing and of delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns Creative flair and the ability to translate ideas across marketing collateral in an exciting way. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns Excellent visual, written, verbal communication skills. Strong eye for detail and organizational skills and strives for a high level of accuracy Must have experience using tools such as Canva, Easystore/Shopufy, Microsoft Office, IG Business Manager. Team player - builds strong relationships development Proactive and able to work with tight deadlines, and work independently. Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task Great attitude, personal style, and sense of humor Possesses own transportation
