• Required Language (written & spoken): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.(to liaise with mandarin-speaking distributor).
• Possess Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent or other education background is welcome
• 1 or 2 Years of working experience in the related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Experience in Multi-level Marketing (MLM) is an added advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Sensitive to numbers is an added advantage.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Good in negotiation, communication & interpersonal skill.
• Good knowledge of MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel.

Tanggungjawab

• To work closely with Division Head to formulate training & education program and develop effective marketing plans and or strategies to recruit, retain and develop distributors and ultimately increase company sales target.
• To assist in monitoring the productivity, performance and engagement of key leaders and distributors.
• To conduct effective orientation, compensation plan, and product introduction sessions.
• Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns and events such as seminars, workshops, and trainings.
• To support distributors in marketing activity.
• Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
