Job Description

Position: Marketing ExecutiveResponsibilities:

• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, including research, contact, and negotiation.
• Oversee all aspects of event management, from pre-event planning to post-event operations.
• Handle budgeting and financial processes for each event to ensure efficiency and accountability.
• Develop graphics for promotional materials, including brochures, posters, logos, and advertisements.
• Support business development initiatives by creating presentation materials.
• Coordinate and manage creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery.

• Utilize modern marketing methods to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Manage social media channels to maintain an engaging online presence.
• Create content and advertisements across various platforms.
• Develop marketing collateral to support promotional activities.
• Source suppliers and partners to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinate events to promote the brand and engage customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members, and clients.
• Demonstrate multilingual proficiency in Bahasa Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
• Fulfill any other duties assigned by Management.
