JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To oversee the success of specialty items in GP clinics and pharmacies that includes the following responsibilities:
• Responsible to monitor the sales performance and life-cycle of assigned specialty items.
• Propose and execute demand-generating marketing strategies of assigned specialty items
• Identify new and/or work closely with existing KOLs to boost visibility of assigned specialty items.
• Provide training to sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Work closely with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution, and to assist in closing qualified opportunities.

• Degree in Health sciences, Biological sciences or Marketing or possesses experience in similar field of work.
• Willing to travel and possesses own transport.
• Willing to work during weekends occasionally.
• Able to perform tasks given under intense pressure & committed to achieve company goals.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Able to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Fast learner. Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
