Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing department, including managing filing systems, handling emails, typing documents, and assisting with office tasks.
Prepare and maintain sales-related documents throughout the sales process, including proposals, contracts, quotations, and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Handle finance-related tasks by initiating Purchase Requisitions (PR) and processing Purchase Orders (PO), collaborating closely with the finance team to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, maintaining effective communication channels to address any delivery issues or concerns.
Assist in the preparation and processing of registration documents, such as import-export documentation, Food Classification, and Halal certification, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and insights that inform retention strategies.
Perform data entry and analysis tasks to support marketing initiatives, including organizing and interpreting marketing data to inform decision-making processes.
Maintain departmental documents and filing systems, ensuring that all records are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible for reference purposes.
Review and edit various files, including contracts and marketing materials, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company guidelines.
Review and update technical documents, guidelines, and workflow processes as needed to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Conduct market analysis activities to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in target markets, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare ad-hoc reports on marketing projects and initiatives as required, presenting findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing plans across various channels, including website management, social media marketing, and advertising campaigns.
Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase OEM health food products.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager to support departmental objectives and priorities.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Dietetic/ Nutrition / any Science field.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, both written and verbal.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational, and communication skills.
