Responsibilities\xe2\x97\x8f Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy\xe2\x97\x8f Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors of CK East\xe2\x97\x8f Communicate products and services to sales and input to senior leadership.\xe2\x97\x8f In Charge of Lead Generation, Market research, Marketing budget, Competitive Intelligence and Sales Enablement.\xe2\x97\x8f Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities\xe2\x97\x8f Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for the use of sales and marketing.\xe2\x97\x8f Assisting in monitoring social media platforms of CK East & projects in ensuring all marketing communications is maintained at an efficiency strategy to all potential buyers.\xe2\x97\x8f Identify new platforms, technology software and trends from time to time that are suitable for CK East potential buyers.\xe2\x97\x8f Event & roadshow Promotion Planning & Supporting.\xe2\x97\x8f Communicate with the designer, video team, internal & external supplier to ensure all marketing material is followed with marketing objectives.\xe2\x97\x8f Develop, implement and create effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness and customer satisfaction\xe2\x97\x8f Support in ad hoc tasks from the manager.Requirements\xe2\x97\x8f Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar\xe2\x97\x8f Have related experience for at least 2-3 years.\xe2\x97\x8f Proactive, Committed, Organized, Creative, Strong Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.\xe2\x97\x8f Require languages: Proficiency in English, BM and Mandarin, both written and verbal \xe9\x80\x9a\xe6\x99\x93\xe4\xb8\xad\xe5\xb7\xab\xe8\x8b\xb1\xe4\xb8\x89\xe8\xaf\xad\xe2\x97\x8f Require skill: Microsoft office, Excellent in languages especiallyEnglish & Mandarin as well as research skills\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge in Digital marketing or relevant experiences will be an advantage\xe2\x97\x8f Advantage skill: Canva, Photoshop, Illustration, Video editing app
