Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion marketing, preferably within the fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
Fluency in English, Mandarin both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement 360-degree omnichannel marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty across multiple channels, including stores, e-commerce, marketing communications, customer experience, and trade activities.
Manage marketing budgets and forecasts to maximize return on investment (ROI) while demonstrating resourcefulness and commercial acumen.
Stay informed on consumer trends, competitor activities, and the luxury retail landscape to inform strategic decision-making and enhance brand relevance.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns encompassing advertising, public relations, promotional events, and social media initiatives.
Manage customer relationship management (CRM) programs to build and nurture relationships with VIP customers and cultivate a loyal customer base.
Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies. Prepare marketing reports for leadership, including post-event analyses and recommendations.
Represent the brands professionally at industry events, media interviews, and meetings, as authorized.
