Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle sector.
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on brand storytelling and creative content development.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.

ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
• Manage social media platforms by creating engaging, on-brand content, and growing the online community.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
• Monitor, analyze, and report digital campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Offline Marketing

• Assist in product development based on latest trends, and produce goods suitable for brand target audience.
• Provide feedback on the sellable ranges and determine the product development direction.
• Oversee the development of printed marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and packaging.
• Build partnerships with local retailers, influencers, and community organizations to expand brand reach.

Branding

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and marketing materials.
• Identify and leverage storytelling opportunities to enhance the brand's emotional connection with its audience.

Performance Analysis

• Track, measure, and analyze the success of marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
