Summary of the role:

As our Marketing Executive, you'll manage Drama Byte's digital presence and brand campaigns. This role covers social media management, content creation, paid ads, and influencer partnerships. It's perfect for someone who understands both creativity and data, and who loves turning trends into real marketing impact.

?Key Responsibilities:

Plan and executive monthly content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, XiaoHongShu, and Lemon8. Coordinate digital ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google. Write compelling captions design visuals using Canva and produce/edit short form videos using CapCut or Premiere Pro. Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice and campaign goals. Build online communities by growing followers, watch time, and engagement. Monitor comments and DMs actively to spark conversations and maintain audience interest. Identify and approach influencers or creators for collaborations. Manage relationships, negotiate deliverables, and align them with campaign objectives. Support on ground activations such as pop-ups, screenings, and third party showcases. Ensure smooth execution by coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Stay updated with the latest trends, memes, audio tracks, and platform updates. Translate insights into fresh, actionable campaign ideas. Track key metrics such as CTR, CPV, ROAS, watch time, and retention. Analyze results, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations to improve future campaigns.
Your professional background:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia or related field. 1-3 years of experience in a media or creative agency environment will be a plus. Knowledge of social trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Lemon8, and XiaoHongShu. Hands on experience in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Strong creative sense with copywriting skills and basic video editing ability (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro). Data driven, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a bonus.
