Company overview:

AFCO Holdings Sdn Bhd was established in 2019 by En Afrizal Irfan. Since then, it has expanded its services to include auditing, taxation, company secretarial services, advisory, human resources, administration, finance, and training. Originally based in Ampang, Selangor, the company later moved its operations to Subang Jaya and, eventually, to Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for an Marketing Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote products and services. Plan, create, and manage content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Shoot, edit, and produce engaging photo and video content. Design marketing materials (posters, banners, ads). Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok). Schedule and monitor social media posts for consistent branding. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements. Work with internal teams to maintain brand consistency. Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or creative content roles (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply). Strong skills in creative thinking, planning, and execution. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar is an advantage. Experience in social media management and paid ads (Meta/Google/TikTok). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proactive, energetic, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
