We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Marketing Executive

to join our growing hospitality group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the

F&B, hotel, or restaurant industry

, with the ability to develop and execute impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's restaurants, cafes, and hospitality brands. Develop engaging content for social media, digital platforms, and promotional materials. Manage and monitor social media pages, ensuring consistent branding and timely responses. Coordinate photoshoots, campaigns, and collaborations with influencers or media partners. Support event marketing initiatives including launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Work closely with operations and design teams to ensure brand consistency across outlets. Track marketing performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular reports for management. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of experience in marketing within the hospitality or F&B industry.

Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and branding. Proficient in digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
