Tanggungjawab Utama
Rancang & laksanakan strategi pemasaran digital (TikTok Shop & Live, Shopee Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).
Urus acara offline seperti Meat Appreciation Day, kolaborasi hypermarket & Horeca partners.
Bangunkan program kesetiaan pelanggan (MX Meat Loyalty Card).
Pantau KPI pemasaran & sediakan laporan bulanan.
Pastikan konsistensi brand story "Halal Premium Aged Meat".
Kelayakan
Ijazah/Diploma dalam Pemasaran, Komunikasi Massa, Perniagaan atau setara.
Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman dalam pemasaran digital & event (FMCG/F&B keutamaan).
Mahir urus TikTok Live, Shopee Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
Kreatif, proaktif & mampu bekerja secara data-driven.
Bonus: Pensijilan Digital Marketing/SEO/Ads.
KPI Utama
TikTok: RM1 juta jualan, +50k follower.
Shopee: RM300k jualan, 12,000 pek, status "Preferred Seller".
Website: RM500k jualan, 20k pageviews/bulan.
Offline: 4 acara besar setahun, 500 ahli loyalty.
CSI ? 75%, respon pelanggan ? 2 jam.
