NKL is seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven

Marketing Executive

to support the growth of our college and its subsidiaries. This exciting role blends digital marketing, brand outreach, content creation, and campaign coordination in a dynamic educational environment.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote college programs, events, and partnerships. Manage content across social media platforms, the official website, and email marketing tools. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, promotional items, and multimedia content. Support student recruitment activities, agent engagement, and participation in education fairs. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Liaise with media, agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure branding consistency. Assist in writing marketing copy and visual content to support digital and offline promotions.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of working experience

in marketing, preferably in education or service-based industries. Familiar with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc. Strong writing and communication skills in

English and Chinese

(preferred). Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience in event coordination and analytics reporting is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM3,100.00 per month
