Position Overview
To plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities that promote the company's F&B products and brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase sales through creative campaigns and effective market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for F&B products, both online and offline.
Coordinate promotions, product launches, and events to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, menus, packaging, and advertisements.
Deal with and follow up with outsourced marketing agencies or vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing activities.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and vendors.
Support branding initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an added advantage.
