Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and in-store activities.
Support the rollout of nationwide sales promotions and traffic-driving initiatives across outlets and fairs.
Handle administrative tasks within the Marketing Department to ensure smooth daily operations.
Liaise with shopping malls, partners, and collaborators on joint promotions, event permits, and advertising matters.
2. Promotions Management
Support the implementation and monitoring of all promotional campaigns and events.
Prepare and circulate campaign memorandums to outlets and fairs, ensuring clear understanding of mechanisms and timelines.
Coordinate the production, distribution, and delivery of promotional materials to all outlets and fairs.
Ensure campaign creatives and visuals are shared with mall partners for cross-promotion on their marketing and social media channels.
3. Reporting and Administration
Assist in preparing post-campaign and event performance reports and analyses.
Manage the creation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments.
Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for all marketing-related materials and correspondence.
Draft and issue internal memorandums and notices to relevant teams.
4. Advertising and Content
Proofread and check all advertising and marketing materials prior to final release.
Support the Marketing Manager in managing creative and production projects.
Contribute to the creation and adaptation of marketing content in multiple languages to align with brand tone and campaign objectives.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in marketing, retail, or brand management (experience in the
jewelry, fashion, or luxury
sector is an advantage).
Exposure in digital marketing and social media platforms.
Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and retail promotion activities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Able to work beyond normal hours during campaign periods or special events when required.
