The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the school's image, values, and programmes to attract new student enrolments and maintain positive engagement with the school community. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing social media, coordinating school events, and ensuring consistent communication that reflects the school's international standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Promotion
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student enrolment.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads.
Maintain a consistent brand image across all communication platforms.
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage the school's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging content including posts, videos, and promotional stories.
Track engagement and analytics to improve outreach effectiveness.
Update and maintain the school website with current information and news.
3. Admissions Support
Assist the Admissions Department in generating leads and following up with prospective parents.
Participate in school tours, open days, and education fairs.
Maintain an updated database of inquiries and leads.
Support enrolment campaigns and communication with parents.
4. Event Management
Plan and organize school events, exhibitions, and community outreach programmes.
Coordinate photography and videography for school activities.
Collaborate with teachers and departments to promote school achievements and milestones.
5. Public Relations & Communication
Build and maintain positive relationships with media, partners, and local communities.
Draft press releases, newsletters, and official announcements.
Handle inquiries from the public and media professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience (experience in the education industry is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in social media management and digital marketing tools.
Creative, organized, and able to work independently.
Photography, videography, or graphic design skills are an added advantage.
