Job Description

Responsibilities:

Working closely with head of department in developing marketing plans and strategies. Responsible for budget management & media planning, event execution, coordinating and liaising with a range of stakeholders including vendor/suppliers, sales floors operations, colleague and partner organizations. Take charge of set-up and all related coordination works, sourcing and securing best deals for the company. Basic writing and proofreading copy and content verification with stakeholders including immediate superior, sales departments and suppliers. Coordination with designer and copy writer on artwork preparation and content checking for Press Release for major events and festive periods. Coordination on publicity materials, both digital and traditional marketing such as flyers, newspaper, radio ads, Google Display Network, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Telegram, e-Newsletter, etc. Liaison with media houses, Government bodies (Ministries & DBKL) and banks. Liaising with printers, POS Malaysia and mailing house to ensure effective distribution of marketing materials and sales department on promotion and marketing support. Evaluate marketing campaigns and monitor competitor activities.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communication, Advertising or equivalent. 3-4 years of experience as Marketing Executive or similar role. Experience in creating marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan. Excellent command of verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Attention to details, strong organizational and planning abilities. Excellent communication and people skills.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
