Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Volume Monitoring

Check and analyze daily transaction volumes through the system. Identify any unusual patterns or fluctuations (e.g., sudden spikes or drops in sales). Report findings and escalate issues when necessary.

2. Merchant Communication & Support

Respond to merchant messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Understand each merchant's service and product details, including pricing and features.

3. Merchant Reactivation & Onboarding

Reach out to inactive or old merchants for reactivation opportunities. Assist with merchant listings, documentation, and service setup.

4. Existing Merchant Management

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing merchants to ensure satisfaction with current services. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

5. Quotation & Invoicing Coordination

Prepare quotations and coordinate with the finance department on invoicing matters. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial documentation.

6. System & Service Announcements

Communicate scheduled maintenance, service updates, or technical announcements to merchants. Coordinate internally to ensure minimal service disruption.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Strong communication skills in Mandarin, Malay, and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (additional languages are an advantage). 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales preferred. Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel. Comfortable with chat-based communication. Immediate availability is an advantage. Flexible for on-call or after-hours client meetings. Detail-oriented and sensitive to numbers.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
