Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Able to travel when required for business purposes.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
• Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce systems and digital marketing tools.
• Familiar with Photoshop ,Canva and capable of basic copywriting.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Eager to learn and explore new marketing opportunities and trends.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of assigned brands and product portfolios.
• Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan, lead, and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Recommend and implement effective marketing strategies and activities.
• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Coordinate with Group and external partners on best practices for brand and product marketing.
• Support daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including order processing and fulfillment.
• Generate creative ideas for marketing and video content to strengthen brand identity.
• Build and strengthen the company's brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Xiaohongshu etc.).
• Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
