As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in telling the Lee's story, building deeper connections with our communities, and driving growth across wholesale, retail, and foodservice channels.
You will turn market insights into compelling campaigns, bring our brand to life across digital and traditional platforms, and ensure every Malaysian knows that quality frozen food can be both delicious and affordable.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) that resonate with Malaysian families
Create and curate engaging content for social media, website, email newsletters, and other channels
Manage day-to-day operations of Lee's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and company website
Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Support the organisation of marketing events, roadshows, trade exhibitions, and community activations
Assist in the design and production of marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, digital assets, etc.)
Provide administrative and project management support to the marketing department
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
Strong passion for marketing, branding, digital platforms, and storytelling
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
Prefer a Mandarin Speaker
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Active user and good understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented team player who brings positive energy
Added Advantages :
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
Prior internship or working experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing
Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools
Photography/videography or design skills are a big plus

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
