Job Description

3Sixty Marketing Sdn Bhd is looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This full-time role is designed for a talented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handling social media, client communications, and creative coordination. The role offers a fixed shift from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday:

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Management:



Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments or messages to enhance online interaction. Work closely with the team to create and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing goals

Client Communication and Follow-Up:



Serve as the primary client liaison over WhatsApp, providing updates, follow-ups, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular project updates and resolving any inquiries.

Designer Briefing and Workflow Management:



Brief designers on project requirements, ensuring creative deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines. Manage designer workflows to ensure timely completion of all tasks and maintain smooth project progression. Conduct check-ins with designers to resolve potential bottlenecks, ensuring projects remain on track

On-Site Client Meetings and Content Shoots:



Attend occasional client meetings at their outlets for on-site discussions, content planning, and project updates. Coordinate and assist with content shoots to capture high-quality images and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in social media management and content scheduling. Strong client communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships. Highly organized with excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects. Basic experience in content creation or photography is a plus.
