Position Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, creating, and executing creative marketing strategies across digital platforms. This role focuses on content development, visual creativity, and digital marketing to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative & Branding

Develop creative designs for social media, posters, banners, brochures, website materials, and marketing assets. Ensure consistent branding across all platforms. Conceptualise visuals for monthly promotions, campaigns, and events.

2. Content Creation

Write effective copywriting for social media, website, advertisements, and email marketing. Create creative content ideas including short videos, reels, storytelling, and educational content. Plan and manage the monthly content calendar. Assist in photoshoots and videoshoots when needed.

3. Digital Marketing

Manage and monitor paid ads (Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads / Google Ads). Analyse ad performance and propose improvements. Handle social media accounts: posting, engagement, DM replies, and community management. Perform SEO optimisation for website and content. Execute email marketing, retargeting, and automation campaigns (if applicable).

4. Strategy & Reporting

Develop digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Prepare monthly performance reports (traffic, reach, engagement, leads, sales). Suggest effective marketing campaigns and keep up with industry trends.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing/digital/social media (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome). Strong design skills (Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) are a major advantage. Basic video editing skills (CapCut/Adobe Premiere) are a plus. Good command of English & Malay. Creative, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
