Basic understanding of social media platform management (Facebook, Instagram , TikTok)
Experience in updating customer databases and using CRM systems
Able to assist in monitoring marketing budgets and expenditures
Capable of tracking and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field
At least 1 year working experience in Advertising and Promotion or within a retail chain environment
Good organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as and when required.
