Job Description

As the Marketing Executive for 20dB Hearing Sdn Bhd, you will :

• Required to manage media and public relations related to marketing communications
• Need to assist the company to communicate with general public, internal stakeholders & media by organizing news conferences, product/service launches, interviews.
• Required to produce corporate communications material for internal and external stakeholders and execute of all marketing communications programs and collaterals (magazine, brochures, and exhibitions) in enhancing the image of projects in 20dB.
• Monitor the news for mentions of the Company, its services, and key employees such as stakeholders and members of management.
• Support the Marketing Manager in execution of the Branding strategy to ensure optimal branding opportunities and awareness of the company.
• Support the Marketing Manager in execution Corporate Identity guideline is always adhered to including all corporate and marketing communications programs.
• Required to assist Crisis Communications and Prepare Media Statements.
• Assist in compiling customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction scores, attend to customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries and feedbacks

To be considered for this role, here are the qualification and skills we are looking for :

• Minimum pre-U Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Commerce or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good team player, with good attitude and able to follow instructions
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
