Based in KL, you will work closely with the regional teams and country marketing leads of Singapore and Malaysia to support organic and paid marketing efforts to drive efficient marketing for sustainable growth.Do you enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment, having the personal freedom to act, and be part of an ambitious, fun, and energetic team who are running at full speed to create Asia\'s most loved Smile Cosmetics brand?

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to:

• Assist in developing and executing long and short-term strategic marketing plans to increase brand equity and channel growth.
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches in a variety of marketing and distribution channels.
• Key person to manage the overall organic marketing strategy and execution.
• Support performance marketing and other paid marketing efforts.
• Hack new marketing channels to discover opportunities for growth.
• Monitor marketing performance across all key channels and present insights for improvement.
• Steward marketing activities and be the glue connecting all stakeholders across marketing, creative, and commercial teams.
• Creatively leverage existing channels and hack new marketing channels to discover opportunities for growth.

You will be a fit for this role if you have

• Have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with digital marketing exposure highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn consumer insights into meaningful actions.
• Strong ownership and excellent project management skills to gatekeep key milestones.
• Strong communication, and relationship management skill sets.
• Strong storytelling skills with proven ability to produce clear, engaging campaigns.
• Are ambitious, hungry to learn, and ready to work hard.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with local languages a plus as you will be reviewing communication efforts in multiple languages.
• Have experience using social media publishing tools, google analytics, data studio and CRM tools. Bonus if you\xe2\x80\x99ve had end-to-end marketing experience, viewing every marketing touchpoint as one part of a whole.
• Bonus if you\xe2\x80\x99ve had experience marketing for regional level / other countries.
