Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we\xe2\x80\x99re on the cusp of something great, where we\xe2\x80\x99re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

The role
You will be responsible for contributing to the overall global brand strategy, telling our story across our key markets through brand campaigns and across digital and retail touchpoints for Love, Bonito. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito\xe2\x80\x99s brand globally across all major platforms and channels, primarily, e-commerce site/apps, loyalty, social media, paid & organic marketing, events & activations. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building our brand, driving performance and reaching out and connecting to as many women as possible in Malaysia..

Main responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Create and execute campaigns to attain monthly targets and key campaign objectives
\xc2\xb7 Support and coordinate the execution of global campaigns in Malaysia with experiences tailored for the Malaysia customer \xe2\x80\x93 that is compelling, engaging, drives traffic and is brand-led.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with the Retail Team & HQ teams to execute and track omnichannel campaigns for Malaysia
\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain effective partnerships to drive new customer acquisition and revenue
\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain effective partnerships to create a holistic rewards experience for the Love, Bonito community, via the LBCommunity+ loyalty program
\xc2\xb7 Conduct weekly post-mortem analysis to measure performance and come up with improvements and action points for future campaigns
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with all relevant in-house teams, i.e. Product Design, Merchandising, Retail and IT especially when it comes to new collections, features and process improvements
\xc2\xb7 Assist in managing and growing our community of friends (known as LB Women\xe2\x80\x99s Collective), KOLs and influencers and distributing seeding related assets to secure exposure and features via their network, including BAU seeding and planning content stories featuring these women
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to plan and execute community initiatives through driving offline events (including but not limited to press events/previews, influencer networking sessions and VIP events), workshops and meetups to engage Love, Bonito community and promote Love, Bonito brand values to existing customer base and prospects
