To execute various lead generation activities as per the Marketing plan
To research marketing trends and contribute ideas to various marketing initiatives
Create various content types (pictures, videos, articles, infographics, lead magnets) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides including feedback from various stakeholders (colleagues, candidates, clients etc.)
Prepare and create content based on social media calendar including writing and proofreading creative copy
Plan, strategize and execute all social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc) advertising campaigns to achieve marketing targets of the company
Respond to online enquiries, comments and other social interactions.
Post and promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares) across different channels. Review and actively manage community.
Identify customers\' needs and recommend new content
Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
Provide reports on analysis on various posts, social channels and performance analytics of various campaigns
Update our website and social channels as needed
Prepare email marketing content for our database, such as monthly newsletter, acquisition emails, surveys, feedbacks, etc
Job Requirements
Design and create engaging content for marketing channels including social media
Source for social media live campaign speakers, social media influencers as well as merchants to build up company digital branding
Copywriting skill, especially in English and Malay
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Social Media management, Google Keywords, Microsoft Office, Canva
Able to resolve /provide solutions under minimum supervision/ assistance
User of social media platforms, e.g. TikTok Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google &, etc
Strong interpersonal, committed person and team player with a positive attitude and communication skills, and ability to interact with people
Dynamic and adaptable to changes and able to work in a start-up
Independent, resourceful, innovative, and a problem solver
Able to meet tight deadlines consistently
