Job Description

To assist in planning, organizing & coordinate nationwide events/roadshows. To handle and communicate with all the event support facilities, logistic, shopping mall management, various business partners, manpower arrangement for events/ roadshows set up & dismantles. To be on site for events/ roadshows set up and work closely with on-site contractors. Prepare budgets for program costs as part of campaign plan development. Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies. Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts. To deal with bank marketing related activities. Assist with project management works such as timelines, records, budgets, proposal and payment. Maintain up to date internal documents / records / reports such as planning sheets, time sheets, expenses, agenda, minutes, vendor list, shopping complexes. Assist in digital & social media advertising planning, budgeting, tracking & monitoring. Copywriting & translation & proofreading, press release writing. Media tie up & contest & event sponsorship. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and website visitor data, to improve the campaign efficacy. Undertake any other ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
