JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market research to analyze and understand the market trends and customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs
• Develop and manage content strategies across all relevant social media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube &, etc.
• Analyze and develop Marketing strategies to increase sales opportunities.
• Manage the company websites.
• To create budgets for social media activities.
• Analyze and report the results (reach, engagement, revenue and etc) after every marketing strategy made and make the necessary improvement.
• Liaise with marketing-related companies such as online marketing companies, web agencies, advertising agencies, and printing companies.
• To hire and collaborate with external influencers such as YouTuber, bloggers, Instagrammer, media and etc.
• To attend customers\' inquiries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of working experience in marketing
• Working experience in Hair & Beauty Industry will be an advantage.
• Must possess strong written, presentation, verbal skills and good business sense
• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, and other top social channels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience in Graphic Design and Copywriting
• Multitasking
