Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Plan, coordinate and oversee assigned Events & Promotions projects as well as sales efforts to meet the overall objectives of the department and the shopping mall. \xc2\xb7 Initiate innovative approaches to build brand equity and attract/retain shoppers to the shopping mall. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the event against policies, objectives and target market. \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper implementation and smooth coordination of events in accordance with the requirements and standards of each promotional campaign \xc2\xb7 Establish inter-departmental relationships and effective networking with tenants, government agencies, other private corporations, community leaders, media, contractors, vendors, agencies, etc. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or any other Business related disciplines. \xc2\xb7 Experience: At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field or in the similar capacity in Shopping Centre. \xc2\xb7 Skills/Competencies: a. Creative, good interpersonal and communication skills. b. Result oriented, mature aggressive, self-motivated and able to work independently c. Good interpersonal and communication skills. d. Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people. e. Able to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on events.
