Company DescriptionLVMH Beauty Division has been created few years ago to support each Perfumes and Cosmetic Houses development.Total 15 houses including prestigious one as Perfumes Christian Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy.In this LVMH Beauty Division, a dedicated team to Travel Retail business, has been assigned to develop and to bring to Travel Retail customers a unique client experience with each one of our Maison\xe2\x80\x99s DNA.All Houses are driven by the same values: a quest for excellence, creativity, innovation, and perfect mastery of their image.LVMH Beauty division to support Houses business development is implementing new IT tools to follow key business KPIs at Retail, sell out, sell in and P&L levels.THE CONTEXTMAKE UP FOR EVER is a collective of makeup artists. We celebrate everyone\xe2\x80\x99s unique beauty. We are looking for a talent who is result oriented and enjoys challenges in the retail industry.Reporting to the Marketing Manager based in Malaysia, you will play a significant role in driving MAKE UP FOR EVER brand growth, marketing and brand operations planning. You will also be responsible in supporting the team on all campaigns roll out and business analysis.YOUR IMPACT This person is responsible for brand growth and marketing efforts to grow brand performance in brand owned boutique and ranking in E-commerce channels. This person will be accountable for planning and executing activations to support launches and brand\xe2\x80\x99s key bets such as animations, events, and digital/ecommerce campaigns.YOUR MISSION CRM:

  • Work closely with Assistant Marketing, Digital and PR manager for CRM strategies to support boutique channel and align with Marketing Manager for total brands CRM strategies.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end CRM marketing campaigns to engage and drive visits of target customers and deliver impactful ROI.
  • Manage member lifecycle communications (acquisitions, activation, engagement, and re-activation etc.) across all member segments.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities and propose countermeasures.
  • Support in organizing of targeted events for members including the top customers and different segments.
  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through offline and digital platform including EDM, WHATSAPP.
  • Coordinate with Regional Digital Marketing team and external vendors on the development and deployment of CRM program.
ECOMMERCE
  • Oversee and manage the ecommerce department with significant online presence. Work closely with Regional Digital Marketing team to develop online marketing strategies to grow e-commerce business. Brand.com remains our top priority to grow and expand the business.
  • Work closely with Luxasia enabler \xe2\x80\x9cLEAP\xe2\x80\x9d team to manage mechanics, third-party logistics matters and post-mortem of campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market insights, customer behavior and competitor intelligence to identify market needs and opportunities.
TRADE
  • Support Marketing Manager by working with vendors on merchandising and animation changeover at Sephora, coordinated to each campaign and initiatives.
  • Lead the development and designing of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and promotion setup, which includes coordinating promotional drawings, preparing setup guidelines.
  • Support Assistant Marketing Manager, PR and Digital in PR related events such as press conferences, in-store activities for media and key influencers, etc.
  • Responsible for timely postings of new launches and tactical campaigns on social media platforms in Facebook to drive brand and product awareness.

QualificationsWHAT YOU OFFER
  • Possess a recognized university degree, preferably in Marketing / Business.
  • At least 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience in Marketing and E-commerce, preferably in cosmetics/beauty.
  • Experiences in CRM and digital are highly preferred.
  • Proficient in IT skills particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills
  • Resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure and under tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous, organized and task oriented.
