Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
At least 2 years of working experience in customer service, business or marketing
Required skill(s): Good organizational, strong communication
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibility

Implement the company\'s marketing plan and promotion activity plan.
Organize and maintain relationships with the marketing team; handle the relationship with customers.
Handling the product market feedback and coordinating with various departments to meet market demand.
Handling customer inquiries, reception and complaints regarding the franchising operation.
Implement and track various operational performance management objectives; assist the market to achieve performance.
Tackle various operation roadblocks, risk assessment and handling, multiple pipeline coordination, handling and marketing connections.
Handling of social media platforms.
Participate in business development marketing and promotional activities.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing and updating post-activity report.
Perform assigned duties with direction from Manager.
Any other adhoc matters when arise.
