Job Description

• Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

• Proficient in Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Meticulous, organized, result-driven and proficient communicator.

• Possess basic knowledge for Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

• Compulsory to possess own transport and willing to travel/odd hours.

• Preferrable at least 1 year of working experience in direct selling, consumer products or skincare industry and social media marketing will be added advantage.

• Able to handle multi-task and prioritize daily workload with minimal supervision and tight deadline.

Responsibilities

• Market research practices and techniques.

• Experience analyzing data.

• Budget and cost analysis experience.

• Knowledge of social media platforms.

• In-charge of day -to-day operations of admin and marketing duties.

• Organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record.

• Plan for promotions, lead the new sales channel developments and performing sales analysis to improve sales activities.

• Formulate marketing plans and activities that would respond to what the annual sales and recruit target required. Activities should included Product training, marketing plan, leadership training and others marketing activities to support member.

• Create from time to time activities that will spark market excitement.

• Responds and deliver to other tasks/ad hoc that might be mandated and ordered by immediate superior as part of the flexibility and multi-tasking being demanded by the position.
