Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services, banking, insurance, or trust industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and Microsoft Office.
Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's trust and estate planning services.
Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
Manage and enhance the company's online presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
Assist in organising seminars, webinars, roadshows, and client engagement events.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Support the business development team with proposals, promotional tools, and client acquisition initiatives.
Build and maintain good working relationships with referral partners, intermediaries, and stakeholders.
Ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry guidelines.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including ROI analysis.
