Kelayakan

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design or photo/video-editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are an added advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's salon, academy, and skincare products, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), creating engaging content and monitoring audience interaction to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, email newsletters, digital ads, and event collaterals, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning and execution of marketing events, such as product launches, workshops, promotional campaigns etc.
• Update and maintain corporate and e-commerce websites and plan its marketing content.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics and providing reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and sales tools that support their efforts and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by Management from time to time.
