Job Scope \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to execute marketing strategies in increasing publications exposure and awareness in the market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Network with individual and businesses to generate and identify business opportunity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay abreast global market information, research competition information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for promoting and carrying out marketing activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 To proactively build existing business and generate new business opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide customer service through good rapport and relationships. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate customer research, market condition and competitor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops marketing strategies for the market to ensure attainment of Company\xe2\x80\x99s sales goal and profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with sales team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provides sales direction to sales team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any ad-hoc or other duties assigned by superior / management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop marketing strategy for company in line with company objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing company marketing budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and publicity marketing material in line with marketing plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan and implement promotional campaign. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring result. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create wide range of different marketing materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in new product launches \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 To analyses potential strategic partner relationship for company marketing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create marketing presentation and liaise with media and advertising. Qualification Required \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Business Management/ marketing or its equivalents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in customer and market research \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in relevant product and industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent spoken and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative thinking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good organization and planning skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership skills (ability to lead and motivate a team) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good business sense and budgeting skills
