• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related discipline with minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience preferably in property development or construction Industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Wide degree of creativity and able to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks.
• Able to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
• High level of integrity, initiative and results oriented.
• Able to build effective and long-standing partnerships with relevant stakeholders.

Scopes:

Job Responsibilities:

The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:

• Propose and coordinate marketing plans/strategies for the Company with the aim of increasing potential sales leads database and sales revenue.
• Assist in producing marketing analysis reports for customer research, current market conditions and competitor information to determine real estate market requirements for existing and future products.
• Work closely with other business partners (e.g. project, sales, research and development) to ensure all marketing projects/activities including campaigns and branding are delivered accordingly.
• Assist in managing marketing expenditure and budget to maximize operational efficiency.
