Job Description

We are looking for a marketing executive that can help run campaigns, promote and engage through our brands. We have various brands under our company and we are looking for someone who is willing to take up the challenge to market it. We set out the direction and we want you to experiment and explore the results together. Without a doubt, this job requires you to be knowledgeable on platform such as tiktok, instagram, x and youtube. You also need to be able to know some basic design skills using canva, photoshop or ai. Don't worry, we wont be asking you to design from scratch but knowing on how to edit text or replace images is useful. Data is important and we hope through this opportunity you will be able to produce and understand data so that we can improve our marketing activity progressively. Most importantly, communication and writing is important. You can use AI but having a good foundation in writing goes a long way.

Key Responsibilities

Manage marketing activities across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube. Handle incoming leads (potential customers). Identify and keep track of major social events in Malaysia. Analyze data: track key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve performance. Ensure messaging is consistent across all platforms and aligns with trends and brand values. Use insights to guide product development and marketing campaigns. Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns. Analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Create and schedule content, engage with followers, and monitor analytics.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields

OR

equivalent working experience. Minimum 1 year of work experience in marketing. Applicants without formal qualifications but with at least 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette are essential. Basic creative skills in designing marketing materials (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and respectful attitude when dealing with customers. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

Standard hours:

9 AM - 6 PM

Occasionally, you may need to work weekends to attend events or travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
