Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Specialist in all marketing activities
Collaborate with the Product Specialist team; establishing annual goals, evaluating performance, motivating, and growing team
Assist in local marketing campaigns, social media accounts, and the company website to increase visibility.
Collaborate with Sales team to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with sales goals.
Assist in planning and executing marketing events like trade shows, roadshows and product launches to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Attending and presenting to targeted clients to gather market information in order to update Beckhoff Malaysia marketing strategy
Analyse market segment and technological trends to develop marketing strategies to maximize instrument growth
Conduct competitive market research; provide competitive analysis and develop strategies to counter and neutralize competition
Strategize, lead and drive key growth initiatives for new products, market penetration and competitive displacement to meet agreed sales targets/goals
Understand ongoing order intake trends by industry category and product type to support strategic planning and broader product distribution.
Develop strategic marketing messaging to accelerate adoption of Beckhoff products
Develop and distribute product marketing announcements related to new release, quality, End-of Line (EOL), obsolescence and success stories
Assist and manage the marketing activities in year-to-year basis for both physical events and digital marketing campaigns
Involvement in year-end budgeting for yearly marketing planning and strategies
Involvement in the promotion of Beckhoff new products through marketing tools such as brochures, demo walls exhibits, and locally made demos.
Liaise with Beckhoff Germany MarCom Department on new marketing tools or initiatives
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1 - 3 years of marketing or industrial automation experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a passion for technology and automation
Strong skills in digital marketing tools, content creation, design software, integrated marketing campaigns, brand engagement, and event planning
Excellent organisational, communication, and document management skills
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
