Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Conduct product market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Create engaging content across digital, social media, email, and print channels.
Forge strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive digital engagement.
Manage advertising campaigns, including budgeting and performance tracking.
Lead negotiations with KOLs, vendors, and event partners.
Coordinate on-ground events and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Analyse KPIs to optimize KOL engagement and event initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends and market activities to continuously refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience in KOL sourcing, influencer marketing, and event management preferred.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin is advantage.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Proven negotiation skills and partnership-building experience.
Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.
