This role bridges creativity and performance -- combining brand storytelling with data-driven marketing to grow awareness, engagement, and partnerships for the restaurant.
You'll work closely with management and the culinary team to craft campaigns, manage collaborations, and translate Carbon's philosophy into content and experiences that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Digital Marketing
Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
Generate qualified leads and drive conversions through SEO, SEM, paid ads, and organic engagement strategies.
Manage editorial calendars and content schedules in line with brand campaigns and seasonal themes.
Write and produce compelling copy and visuals that reflect Carbon's voice.
Track and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable insights and recommendations.Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
2. Corporate & B2B Relations
Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
Support proposal development, presentations, and B2B marketing efforts for partnerships and group dining.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through thoughtful follow-ups and service excellence.
3. Events & Collaborations
Plan, organize, and execute events -- from concept and logistics to post-event evaluation.
Coordinate with chefs, media, and partners to deliver memorable experiences aligned with Carbon's brand values.
Manage influencer collaborations, media tastings, and content partnerships.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and prepare regular performance reports.
Use data insights to continuously improve content effectiveness and digital reach.
Maintain organized tracking systems for influencer outcomes, partnership leads, and event performance.
5. Administration & HR Support
Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records.
Provide administrative and operational support to management when needed.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years' experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Strong command of English (Mandarin or Malay an advantage). Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), social media management, and analytics dashboards.
Basic familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns.
